Created for the International Crane Foundation by Wisconsin artist Marcy Huffaker, these up-cycled wool sweater mittens are a beautiful blend of old and new. Each pair is unique in color with a gorgeous embellishment of a carved bone crane button from Nepal.
Marcy Huffaker is the owner of a landscape design business specializing in the use of native plants. She has operated this business for 17 years, focusing on residential and community designs, including the Healing Garden at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, native plant gardens at the Aldo Leopold Foundation's Legacy Center, and the Donnelley Center at the International Crane Foundation.
Her newest collaboration with the International Crane Foundation combines her hobby of making up-cycled sweater mittens with her appreciation of all the good work of the International Crane Foundation. We are pleased to offer her Huff's Muffs Mittens to you for purchase and will be happy to choose a pair for you!
